An Afternoon of Classical Music

Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m

Gordon Room

Internationally acclaimed violinist Egle Jarkova and distinguished pianist Rui Urayama come to Danvers for an afternoon of exceptional artistry and musical celebration. The celebrated artists will guide audiences on a journey through centuries of musical evolution, featuring works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Arvo Pärt, Camille Saint-Saëns, Maurice Ravel, and César Franck: from Mozart’s classical brilliance and elegance to Pärt’s meditative modernism, Saint-Saëns’ romantic lyricism, Ravel’s shimmering impressionism, and Franck’s profound emotional depth. Renowned for their expressive performances and seamless collaboration, the duo brings to life the beauty, complexity, and timeless power of these masterpieces. This recital of world-class chamber music marks a special occasion for music lovers and the Danvers community alike.
