Understand your email inbox, to communicate more effectively!

We will look at parts of the email interface, and discuss writing more effective emails using good email etiquette. We will also talk about adding, downloading and filling out attachments from emails. This class applies to emails both for personal use and in the workplace.

This class will be taught in the Library Classroom, using Gmail on a Chromebook laptop.

Participants should bring their email login credentials. If preferred, bring your own laptop.

The principles taught will apply to other email services like Outlook and Yahoo Mail. Tablet and phone users can also benefit from the lesson.
