Kids -- learn all about monarch butterflies from the Monarch Gardener, a biologist. She'll start out with a little info about monarchs, then bring out a live caterpillar for everyone to touch with one finger. Next, kids will do a role playing activity and pretend to be monarchs from egg all the way to migrating adults and wrap it all up with some seed ball making! It's fun, educational and a little bit messy -- what could be better? 

Children's Program. Ages 5+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
