We will be discussing the changes your body goes through during birth and postpartum, what to expect postpartum, how you can best prepare yourself and what support systems you could consider having in place. Each presenter will talk for 20 minutes and leave plenty of time for your questions and concerns postpartum. The instructions will be informal and of course your baby is welcome to join you.
