As we enter the New Year we have an opportunity to look back at the things we want to continue to experience and those that we don’t. Meditation is an effective technique that helps to create more balanced in our lives. Join Eileen Carlotto for this powerful program and learn a simple meditation technique to reclaim your peace, and incorporate more positivity and relaxation into your daily routine. This program will offer the attendees the opportunity to experience a powerful meditation technique and to ask questions about how to use it in your life. This technique will be explained and practiced during the session. This workshop will help you be better prepared to start the New Year with renewal and learn a fresh practice with a new approach.
Eileen Carlotto is a recently retired middle-school art teacher, author, and illustrator.
With over 40 years meditation experience to draw on, Eileen offers workshops on various aspects of meditation and spirituality. Eileen has studied under a world renowned meditation teacher and been to India many times to deepen her practice and share this technique with others. She has written, Through the Stars, an illustrated book for young children and is illustrating stories that is part of a series of mystic stories for children. Eileen has demonstrated how, in the middle of your daily schedule, you can integrate your meditation practice into your own busy life.
