Experience this regenerative art that is based on 4 Yoga systems: Hatha Yoga (Stretching & Strengthening); Pranayama Yoga,  (Breathing); Kundalini Yoga, (internal energy) and Japa Yoga (focusing the mind).

Cora Swimm has been training through the Circle of Chi organization learning  Tai Chi Gung Yoga  for more than two years and completed 750 hours of training.  The practice of Tai Chi Gung exercises has helped improve her overall well being, improving her sleep, reducing pain and bringing a balance and peace of mind. "My body suffered from trying to do it all as a wife, mother, business owner,  I am here to share with you what I have experienced through practicing Tai Chi Gung-"
