Zoom Program: Advance Directives: Health Care Proxies and Beyond
Thursday, November 77:00—8:00 PMVIRTUAL PROGRAM - Peabody Institute Library, 15 Sylvan Street, Danvers, MA 01923 - 978-774-0554
Join us for a conversation with author Virginia (Gigi) Morris, who has been studying and writing about end-of-life decision making for more than 25 years.
While it’s important for people to prepare for future health issues by signing a living will, naming a health care agent, and discussing one's wishes, these steps are just the beginning. In this talk, Morris will discuss how to choose a health care agent, what to discuss with an agent, and — critically — what they can expect and how to prepare an agent for the task ahead.
This program will be recorded and everyone who registers will receive a link to the recording.
Presented in collaboration with the Memorial Hall Library of Andover.
