Join long time meditator Dave Buck as he offers this engaging workshop on how to use the practice of meditation to incorporate more love and peace in your life which in turn will have a profound transformation on your overall well-being. Learn how to let go of anger, fear and worry in order to create more harmonious relationships, improve work and home environments, and experience a deep sense of personal peace and love. The workshop will include a short meditation session.

Dave Buck and his wife, Nora, have lived in South Florida for over 20 years. He is a recently retired Senior Manager of Product Development Engineering with a Fortune 500 company. Dave has been meditating for over 45 years after spending two months with his teacher in India as a young man. He has found meditation to be an oasis of calm from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Whether we are a student, still in the work-a-day world, or living an active retirement, stresses and strains are a common feature of everyday living. Meditation can help us relax and rise above the stress of life. Our problems do not disappear, but meditation helps to smooth out the rough patches. We begin to see with a new perspective that is positive and life affirming.
